Book Your Initial Consultation

This consultation is the essential first step in beginning your journey with Remote Assists. During this call, we’ll get to know you and your business, we’ll uncover your existing challenges and productivity bottlenecks, and we’ll work directly with you to identify the type of remote support you need.

Step 1

We Source The Right Candidate

We have a large pool of pre-screened candidates with a variety of specialized skills and experience. We’ll filter out all candidates that don’t meet your requirements, and will narrow our selections down to the best three candidates for the final interview.

Step 2

Internal System Check

After you have given us the go ahead to present the job offer to your chosen candidate, we will need up to one week for the preparation process. During this time, we’ll ensure that you and your candidate understand all expectations and are adequately prepared to begin work from Day 1. We will also coordinate with your IT department for an internal system check.

Step 3

Train Your Trainer

A member of our team will spend time with your training manager to help facilitate efficient training of your Remote Assists expert. We typically meet for about 4 hours during the first week of work, and we will answer questions, provide guidance, and offer insights on valuable training techniques.
