After you have given your approval, we’ll begin the onboarding process to ensure your experienced virtual assistant is ready to go on Day 1.

After your new virtual assistant begins work, we’ll manage all HR concerns, including payroll, wages and bonuses, commissions, conflict resolution, attendance monitoring, and productivity tracking.

Train Your Trainer

During the remote staff onboarding process, we will spend an ample amount of time with you or your designated point person to provide insightful guidance on effectively managing your remote expert. We’ll discuss possible struggles you and your remote expert might encounter, and will provide guidance on the best tools and strategies that will effectively address and resolve problems immediately.
The best way to manage potential conflict is to be prepared. By proactively discussing potential challenges, you’ll be able to not only resolve situations, but to prevent them from happening in the first place.

Account Management

Your dedicated Account Manager will work with you day in and day out to make sure you and your remote expert build a strong, impeccable working relationship. We implement a variety of tools to ensure the ongoing productivity of your remote expert, including a timekeeping tool, screenshot system, and attendance monitoring, so that you’ll always have reassurance that your virtual assistant is working productively during business hours.
During the first month of work, your Account Manager will personally contact your remote expert for a 15-minute call before the work day begins to address any important questions or pressing concerns.
